How do you navigate through the mass of information on product development in your field?
How do you identify the key studies to perform? What is required and what is nice to have?
How to prioritize activities to efficiently obtain the key results on time and within budget?
How to prepare for the next fundraising while managing the day-to-day work?
How to obtain non-dilutive funding (grants, etc.)?
How to build and progressively train a team to have the essential resources and competencies?

Human value & CSR:
In love with life, I naturally studied pharmacy;
I didn't stop there: already attracted by research and the beautiful organ that is the skin, I continued with a master's degree and then a PhD in biomedical sciences (cosmetology orientation);
Then I followed my own career path in companies, where I acquired my skills in project management and leadership, with a cross-functional vision at the operational and management levels, which is essential in SMEs;
Always wanting to understand why studies must be conducted in a certain way and how to optimize the development pathway of a healthcare product, I turned to regulatory affairs, which underly all R&D aspects.

I'm a tea drinker and I'm passionate about everything that surrounds this age-old beverage: its history, its culture, its processing, and so on. From the "tea nursery" to our cup, tea truly lives and undergoes many transformations. I compare this to the journey of an entrepreneur, whatever his/her business. The tea journey and nature itself inspire me in my approach to project management, including sustainability.

I recently discovered that the term "pro bono" is not only used for lawyers, but also for every skill we can offer to help organizations achieve their goals, on a voluntary basis and already from a few hours a year. This is called skill-based sponsorship (French link: https://www.pro-bono.fr/definition-du-pro-bono/).
A great help for these organizations and it brings meaning, creativity, and commitment to your professional life!
Personally, I am volunteering for the Association Indah, which supports local initiatives working for the rights of children and women, currently in Rwanda, Sri Lanka, and Madagascar, through an innovative approach of the solidarity commitment (website in French: https://indah.be/).
Want to talk about the challenges of your start-up?
Let’s talk about it over a cup of tea (I’m a purist on this subject but I admit that I like coffee too):
